The Talentscan is based on the Odin Development Compass (ODC). This is a tool that, in addition to your conscious behavior and thoughts, also questions your subconscious mind. With the Talentscan we bring to light your learned behaviors, beliefs and associations. We can use this knowledge about your unconscious pitfalls and motives, to gain a greater insight into your happiness at work. With the knowledge from the Talentscan, 30-40% less time is required for an effective coaching process.

One of our coaches will help you to work on your unconscious behavioral profile. You might would like to understand what drives you. What you are good at and what makes you different from the others? What might be stopping you? Due to the Talentscan, the coach knows exactly where to focus on!

The Talentscan starts with a 10-minute online questionnaire. Unlike traditional questionnaires, which are limited by conscious self-reporting and language interpretation, the Talentscan combines images and words to identify the unconscious elements of your personality, behaviour and potential.

Your coach will look at your results together with you in a 1-hour debrief. Together with the coach, you will work on your pitfalls and your potential. You will learn to change your learned behaviors, to be more functional at your workplace. Or you can discover with the help of your coach, which position really suits you. Your job will be a lot easier and more fun, when you can use your strengths.

The Talentscan includes: a 10-minute online questionnaire and a 1-hour debrief by a certified coach and 3 hours coaching.
