At the beginning of January, after a long period of thorough preparation, it was announced the master was accredited by the NVAO. This accreditation guarantees the quality and value of the master certificate and this means that SUAS is now able to grant the master title to those who successfully completed the study.
It is not a coincidence the panel praised the involved tutors: “The tutors are well-versed in content, educational methods, and didactics. Together, they form a dedicated team”. The team consists of tutors with a diverse range of leadership experience in primary, secondary, vocational, and higher education.
The master modules are accessible for tutors who informally fulfill a leadership position within their organisation, and of course for everyone who has a leadership position in the educational sector. Anyone who wants to become proficient in educational vision, the ability to reflect from the outside to the inside, team development, leadership in times of change, innovation and entrepreneurship or who wants to learn more about action learning in education, will find a suitable module in this master. “The curriculum is very well thought through and offers flexibility in order to make it fit the target group”, commented the panel.
