We are proud to announce that we have been granted Happy Fit Workplace certification, in acknowledgement of our unremitting effort to create happier and fitter workplaces. This certification mark, which is awarded to organisations that stand out from their competitors by seeking to establish a positive and energetic work environment, constitutes acknowledgement of our unremitting effort to do just that.

Happy Fit Workplace certification is awarded to organisations that satisfy four crucial types of criteria: positive working conditions, passion, a reduction in workload-related stress and the Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS). We have proven to be effective in all these regards.

What makes this certification method special is the fact that the mark isn’t awarded on the basis of external assessments, but rather on the basis of feedback given by the organisation’s own employees. This feedback is collected by means of employee satisfaction surveys and pulse surveys, meaning the employees are actively involved in the process. As a result, the emphasis is on the employees’ level of engagement and wellbeing, which is of paramount importance to us.
